For the first time, SICAF is moving to Mt. Namsan on a summer's day. In SICAF2013, we invite you to a celebration of comics and animations outside the walls of the usual convention centers out onto the city streets.
<King of invention, Yo Chul E, went to Maeng Kkong E School Village> who was awarded with 'School Village of Maeng Kkong E', history cartoons.
Yoon Seung Un, cartoonist who brought the Renaissance of Korea's bright cartoons with<Kkol Ji and HanSimi>, <DooSimi Cast away>, <Yochul, King of Invention> and etc. He have drawn a lot of cartoons especially from his major work <Maeng Kkong E school village> to history beginner's book with his great reputation.
