Meet Poet Ko Un 시인 고은과의 만남; Poetry Reading, Interview and Book Signing 시 낭송, 인터뷰, 그리고 책 사인회 Date & Time : January 24th(SAT) from 2pm to 4pm

Admission fee: FREE (Open to the public) Please join the Seoul Book and Culture
Club for our first January meeting on Saturday 24th January. We will be
joined by legendary South Korean poet Ko Un, author of '시의 황홀', ‘First
Person Sorrowful’, ‘Ten Thousand Lives’, ‘Songs for Tomorrow: A
Collection of Poems 1961-2001’ & many, many more volumes of poetry. Our
guest moderator for the event is Brother Anthony, renowned Korean
literature translator and emeritus professor at Sogang
University.
Ko Un and Brother Anthony will read
some of Ko Un’s poems together and then engage in a conversation
that will be
translated. This will be followed by an audience question and answer
session and a book signing.
