	Details	Documents to be submitted
Application	To be submitted at least 90 days in advance of the planned use of the space	- Application form provided - Business registration certificate - Performance plan - Performance-related materials, including CD
Review	Decision made by the Seoul Tourism Organization (including the holding of a meeting of the review committee)
Approval or rejection	The result to be conveyed to the applicant within 30 days of receiving the application
Lease contract	Down payment (a sum equal to 20% of the lease fee) within 7 days of the signing of the contract	Contract document
Lease fee paymentLease fee payment	Payment of the balance of the lease fee 30 days in advance of the commencement of the lease or the sale of admission tickets
Commencement of lease	The facility use plan to be submitted 20 days in advance of the commencement of the lease	- Facility use plan - Stage erection plan
