119th PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE DAY AND 22ND MIGRANT WORKERS DAY CELEBRATION

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform all Filipinos in Korea that it will be organizing Bayanihan sa Korea 2017 in celebration of the 119th Philippine Independence Day and 22nd Migrant Workers Day.

We invite everyone to join us on 11 June 2017, Sunday, in Seoul for a day of fun and fellowship. As in the past, the event will feature guest celebrities from the Philippines as well as different cultural presentations by the different local Filipino talents. On-site services, such as labor counseling, medical services, and financial and remittance promotion, will also be available.

Seoul Christmas Market 2016

A Special Christmas Market by the Hangang River
The Seoul Christmas Market will run at Yeouido Hangang Park from Dec. 21st to Dec. 31st, 2016.

This special Christmas market affords visitors a chance to get into the holiday spirit with unique events and amazing handmade goods to browse and shop. There will also be food trucks offering a special Christmas menu for market-goers to enjoy.

Take in one of several special live performances that will take place during the market’s run and enjoy the festive atmosphere. A visit to the Seoul Christmas Market is sure to make for a special winter experience!
