We offer the use of space (Haechi Hall) for foreign residents’ organizations and communities seeking to promote their cultural understanding and exchanging through seminars, workshops, lectures, forums and etc.

Foreign embassies in Korea, international friendship associations and international arts and culture organizations may apply to hold cultural programs or events in the center.

Please note that it is not permissible to rent the venue for personal purposes.

Two seminar rooms which can be used as a one big room
Each room has a beam projector, a screen and a white board

Size: Room Giyek(28.92m²), Room Nieun(34.35m²)
Capacity: 40 seats total with classroom setting

Two types of Seminar rooms are prepared which is called ‘Gi-yeok(ㄱ)’ and ‘Ni-Yeun(ㄴ)’.

Each seminar room is equipped with projector, Screen and White board which are perfectly optimized for work-shop or seminar.

In addition, each seminar room can accommodate up to 25 people and depending on the size of event, it’s also possible to make these two rooms as a one big seminar room by removing the moving wall that separates both the rooms.
